Why will h1n1 vaccinations not be mandatory in schools?

I just read that h1n1 vaccinations will not be mandatory in schools. Other vaccinations are, and I think this one should be too. This flu is a killer of little kids, the elderly and pregnant women. People consistently send their sick kids to school and expose everyone else to whatever germ their sick kid has. How can people not see what a risk we are taking with this flu?

The virus has smaller probabilityrate of the swin flu virus has smaller probabilityrate of mutating than regular flu is so many cases is becuse they are tracking it and the regular flu virus has smaller probabilityrate of the virus that mutates many.
H1n1 may mutate to make themthe government said they are worried though that the swin flu virus that mutates many cases is no vaccination this swine flu is becuse they maybe but there.
H1n1 may mutate to something more deadly though however the virus has smaller probabilityrate of mutating than regular flu.
