Is my best friend at risk for getting swine flu?

She was down in Mexico with several other friends and got very drunk and had some kind of relationship with a pig and a small mule in addition to two or three frat guys on spring break. She is too embarrassed to say exactly what and where. She is coughing and looks sick. Should we have her checked for swine flu or what?
