I tested positive for type flu A, they did not test for H1N1 Swine Flu as they were sure I had it. Why?

Tested positive at my university health care center, they said that type A this season is swine flu. But why would they not test for it? They gave me a large amount of info on H1N1 and then said to go home and do not come back until I do not have a fever for 24 hours. Does this mean I have it for sure?
