Have the H1N1 zombies destroyed civilization yet?

I’ve been hiding in my bunker ever since the CDC got us all scared that the end of the world from swine flu was at hand, but I am running out of food. It is OK to come out yet? And can I just bonk someone over the heard and eat him, or will I get infected too?
