exposed to h1n1, what are my chances of getting it?

I saw my boyfriend sunday, tuesday and thursday of this week… last night (Thursday) we did our normal hanging out, and we held hands, kissed, etc. He woke up this morning about 5 am with all the symptoms of swine flu (diarrhea, vomiting, fever, headache, exhaustion, body aches, etc.). What are my chances of developing the flu? is there anything I can do at this point to prevent it?
