do i need to have a fever to know that i have h1n1 flu?

hey. a little help pls. i had a fever 4 days ago. but right now im still having the symptoms like body pain, cold, and sore throat and a mild head ache and i feel weak (not really weak but weaker compared to the usual). anyone can help me what to do?
